RETURN POLICY
At Molly Muriel, we stand behind our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order you may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds are only given for items that are defective, damaged or missing from you order.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Email us at info@mollymuriel.com with your name, order number and a short explanation as to the reason of your return/exchange request. If your order arrived damaged, please include photos. *Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers and supports the continued development of our products.
Qualifying returns are eligible for store credit, exchange or refund. Returns may be shipped (in the original packaging if possible) via USPS, UPS or FEDEX to the following address:

Once we receive the product back we will process your refund or exchange.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS:
All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
All shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless it is the error of Molly Muriel.
All approved returns can be held as credits or applied to an exchange. Only items that are defective, damaged or missing from your order will be eligible for a refund.
If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be issued a store credit for the product.
We do not accept returns for sale items or product samples.
All sales are final on exchanged products.
